Exercise, Sleep, Food are best medicine

Nearly everyone knows the well-known saying, laughter is the best medicine. However, health and freedom from illnesses is not dependent on any single factor as there are many aspects of health. One should also consider physical activities, sufficient rest and sleep and nutrition.

Thus, it can just be as well said:

Exercise is the best medicine.

Sleep is the best medicine.

Food (proper nutrition) is the best medicine
